Louis Wayne (Benedict Cumberbatch) was the eldest son in a family with five younger daughters. Louis lost his father when he turned 20, so he became head of the family and had to provide for his elderly mother and sisters. The talented young man illustrated books and wrote pictures. When Louis fell in love, then he quickly married a girl (Claire Foy), although his mother did not like it. His wife's tender love for cats inspired Luis to create more and more new images.
